Paul W. Holt TRENTON - Paul W. Holt, 68 of Trenton departed this life on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Northwest Medical Center, Tucson, AZ. Born in Mechanicsville, MD, Mr. Holt was a graduate of George Washington Carver High School and continued his education at Mercer County Community College. He was an honorably discharged United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and served as a paratrooper with 49 jumps. Predeceased by his parents, Agnes and Jas Norman Holt; a brother, James Holt; a sister, Edna Delores Culpepper; three brothers-in-law, Richard Culpepper, Robert McLamb and Harris Reed surviving are his loving wife, Clarissa "Claire" Vereen-Holt; daughters, Paula Collier (Ray), Tina Holt-Howell, Brenda Holt, Doritha Holt (Tajuan); 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; brothers, Francis Holt of Lexington Park, MD and Jimmy Holt of Washington, DC; sisters, Marie McLamb of Washington, DC, Dorothy Reed and Alice Robinson of Lexington Park, MD; a sisters-in-law, Linda Vereen, Hazel Dowdell-Hollowell (Richard), Janice Vereen Allen all of Trenton, Regina Bellamy and Benzyne Wilson (James) of North Myrtle Beach, SC; a brother-in-law, Ricky Cordell Vereen of Newport News, VA, several aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church 735 E. State St. Trenton, NJ. Calling hours will be Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church. Graveside Services will be Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Chesterfield Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery Longs, SC. Local Services entrusted to Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton, NJ. Final Services entrusted to Latimer Funeral Home, Conway, SC.
