HAMILTON - Robert Nochton, 87, of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Hamilton Grove in Hamilton.
Born in Butler, PA, he lived most of his life in the Trenton area. An Army
Veteran of WWII
, he retired after 33 years of service from General Motors
in Ewing. He was an avid NASCAR fan, hunter, fisherman, football fan, especially for the NY Giants and he loved his K9 companions.
Son of the late Robert C. and Catherine Schaninger Nochton, husband of the late Betty Nochton, father of the late Terry S. Nochton, he is survived by 2 sons and a daughter in law, Kenneth R. and Susan Nochton, Neal D. Nochton, 3 daughters and a son in law, Sandra Savidge, Carol Ricigliani, Gini and Ken Dibblee, a sister, Helene McConnell, 8 grandchildren, Jimmy, Dorothy, Stephanie, Erica, Stacy, Keith, Nicole and Amanda, 5 great grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Jayden, Calleigh and Kaylee and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Buklad Memorial Home, 2141 S. Broad St. in Hamilton. Relatives and friends may call on Thursday morning from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the memorial home. Cremation will be private.
