Vincent Joseph Garzoni EWING - Vincent Joseph Garzoni, 49, of Ewing, passed away Monday, February 17, 2014 at Capital Health Systems at Fuld in Trenton. Born in Trenton, Mr. Garzoni was a lifelong area resident. He was employed by the State of NJ Department of Transportation. He served with the U.S. National Guard for 9 years. Vincent loved discussions on politics, religion, and football. He was an avid Miami Dolphins fan. He was a great conversationalist, who had many friends and was very well liked. He loved his church, the Fountain of Life Center where he also played on their softball team. Vincent was a homebody who loved nothing more than spending time with his family. Son of the late Charles Arthur Garzoni; he is survived by his mother, Kathleen (Knapp) D'Amelio Cierniak and her husband Stanley Cierniak; a brother, Gino V. D'Amelio; a sister, Nicole D'Amelio; 3 nephews, Gino, Paolo, and Lorenzo D'Amelio; 2 nieces, Sofia, and Mia D'Amelio; his best friend, Raymond Rossi, Vincent's girlfriend, Anna Gonzalez; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Christian funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 8:00 pm at the Fountain of Life Center, 2035 Columbus Rd.,Burlington, NJ 08016. Burial will be the following morning at 11:00 am in Ewing Cemetery, 78 Scotch Rd., Ewing, NJ. Family and friends may call Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Fountain of Life Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Vincent's memory to the Fountain of Life Center, 2035 Columbus Rd., Burlington, NJ 08016.
