Elizabeth Y. Mitchell, 52, departed this life on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton, N.J.
She graduated from Trenton Central High School and Mercer County Community College. She worked many years in the field of Early Childhood Education and loved the children she taught. She was married to Areginald Mitchell and the two truly became one.
Liz was predeceased by her loving mother, Jacqulyn Williams. She leaves to cherish her memory a husband, Areginald Mitchell; a son, Brandon Williams; her father, Remus I. Williams Jr.; a grandson, Chase Williams; two brothers, Anthony (Darlene) and Brian (Carla) Williams; two sisters, Kimberly and Rosalynn Williams; five aunts, three uncles, two nieces, six nephews, and host of cousins, other relatives and friends including her dog, Lexus.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 4, at the Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, N.J. Calling hours will be from 9 a.m. until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
