HAMILTON - Eugene E. "Nubby" Warwick, 85, of Hamilton Square, passed away Friday, August 16, 2013, at Hamilton Continuing Care.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident. He was a graduate of Trenton Catholic Boys High School, attended Rider College and was a U.S.
veteran of the
. He was most well known as the proprietor of Nubby's Bar on Liberty Street in Trenton for many years.
Son of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Warwick and brother of the late Edward, Thomas, Walter, Robert and Ruth Warwick, he is survived by his wife of 60 years, Margaret "Peg" Warwick; his daughter, Jeanne Lawlor; his son and daughter-in-law, William and Susan Warwick; his grandchildren, Ryan Lawlor and Emily Warwick; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 20, at the Mullen Funeral Home, 537 S. Olden Ave., Trenton. The funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
