Born in Leesburg (Lake County), Fla., she had been a resident of Hamilton Township for 85 years and was educated in the public schools. She was a self-employed domestic and worked predominantly for a family in Newtown, Pa. Ms. Glover was a member of St. Phillips Baptist Church where she served faithfully with the Missionary Ministry, and was a Sunday School and Bible School teacher.
Daughter of the late Pearl and the Rev. Lizell Glover, she was also predeceased by three sisters, Esther Harris, Marion Tiggett and Beatrice Barrett, six brothers, Samuel Walter Obidiah, Joseph, John and Solomon Glover. She is survived by her daughter, Winifred ""Doll Baby"" Glover, with whom she resided in Hamilton; one sister, Lillian Jackson of Tampa, Fla.; a special niece and nephew, Vanessa and Kenneth Glover Sr.; a loving friend and helper, Julian Hendryx; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends, including Mrs. Sharon Charles and Ms. Welleh Nipson of St. Nurses.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday (Oct. 22) at St. Phillips Baptist Church, 445 Parkinson Ave., Hamilton. Dr. Joseph E. Woods, Senior Pastor, will officiate. Calling hours are from 9 a.m. until time of services at the church Monday. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton Township. Arrangements are by Anderson Funeral Service, Trenton.
