John J. Quinn TRENTON - John J. Quinn, Jr., 81, of Hamilton, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2013 at University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia. Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Navy, who served during the Korean War. He graduated from Trenton Catholic High School and received his Bachelors in Engineering from Drexel University. John retired in 1991 from the Department of Transportation, as a civil engineer, after many years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling and was an avid reader. He especially loved spending time with his true love, Patricia. Predeceased by his parents, John J., Sr. and Catherine M. Quinn; he is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Patricia Quinn; his children, Kathleen (William) Lynch, Maura (John) Moticha, John T. (Sade) Quinn, Erin (Gabriel) Schick, and Robert Quinn; his sister, Margaret (Edward) Moore; his grandchildren, Kelly Lynch, Matthew, Steven, and Mary Moticha, Sarah and Rachel Quinn, Molly and Anna Schick; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish, St. Raphael Roman Catholic Church, 3500 South Broad St., Hamilton, NJ. Interment will follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery in Hamilton. Family and friends may call on Friday, December 27, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Saul Colonial Home.
