PLAINSBORO - Lucy E. Zeleznock, 87, of Plainsboro, formerly of Trenton, passed away Dec. 23, 2012, at Princeton Medical Center, Plainsboro.
Born in Kelayres, Pa., on Sept. 8, 1925, she had been an area resident since 1955.
She was the widow of Peter Zeleznock, daughter of late Nicholas Sposato and Filomena Aita, and sister of late Bruno Sposato, Nicoline Olivero and Mary Muscavitch. Left to cherish her wonderful memory are a beloved son and daughter-in-law, Michael N. and Olga Zeleznockof Columbus, a dear daughter, Mary Lou A Zeleznock, two caring grandchildren, Michael N. Zeleznock Jr. of New York and Andrew W. Zeleznock of Yardville, three siblings, Salvatore Sposato, Josephine De Balasi and Veronica Kollesar, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Mass and Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 27) at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, Grand Street and Malone Street, South Trenton. Visiting hours are Thursday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Chiacchio Southview Funeral Home, 990 South Broad St. (Route 206), South Trenton, NJ 08611. (Parking and handicapped access located behind funeral home.) Interment Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, North Hanover Township. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations to St Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, c/o 411 Adeline St., Trenton, NJ 08611.
