Grandma, the hardest thing for me to tell you was to go be with my mom in peace in heaven when I visited you at the hospital last Friday. As I was leaving and you said that you loved me I somehow knew it would be the last time I heard those words from you. As I was walking to the elevator I felt at peace because I knew you wouldn't be suffering anymore and that you would finally be with grand pop, uncle chuck, and my mom, and that I would be gaining another angel in heaven. I will always miss you and love you with all my heart, and so will you great grandson Stephen.
