HAMILTON - Stanley John Janusz, 61, of Hamilton, died Monday, May 13, 2013, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.|
Born in Trenton, Mr. Janusz was a lifelong Trenton and Hamilton resident. He retired in 2001 as a tool and die maker for the commercial printing company of Barton & Cooney in New York, N.Y. He was previously employed as a driver and deliveryman for the Princeton Packet newspaper. After his retirement Stanley became the full-time caretaker for his parents. Cooking was one of his passions and he was a life member of the Cooking Club of America. He enjoyed traveling the United States and especially to Canada and London. Also, he enjoyed shooting English darts in several local area leagues.
Son of the late Genevieve "Jean" Michewicz Janusz, and brother of the late Thomas P. Janusz, he is survived by his father, Stanley Joseph Janusz of Hamilton, with whom he resided; six cousins and their spouses, Paul Ristow, Kathleen and Bill Scarborough, Judy and Dick Stern, John and Joan Janusz, Andrew and Peggy Janusz, and Cecelia Cook.
Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Winowicz Funeral Home, corner Adelina and Beatty streets, with Deacon Joseph Hepp of St. John's Church, Allentown, officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Hamilton. Calling hours are from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. (time of service) Thursday at the funeral home.
