Terza Cattani, 64, of Hamilton, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton surrounded by her loving family. Born in Arrone, Italy, she emigrated to the United States in 1965 at the age of 17 where she lived in the Chambersburg section of Trenton before moving to Hamilton in 1999. She was a former member of the Women's Roma Society. Terza loved to cook and bake. Her friends and family eagerly awaited her Italian cookie trays at Christmas time. She also enjoyed gardening, knitting, and sewing. Terza loved to spend quality time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.
Daughter of the late Antonio and Giovanna (Pulzonetti) Cattani, she is survived by her loving husband of 41 years; Stephen D. Cattani; her two beloved daughters and sons-in-law; Joann and Nicholas Nicolini; Stephanie and Gary Brown, Jr.; her five beloved grandchildren; Nicholas; Stephen; and Giovanna Nicolini; Emily; and Giuliana Brown; a brother and sister-in-law; Bernadino and Fulvia Cattani; a sister and brother-in-law; Adrianna and Mario Natili; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law; V. Anthony and Christine Cattani; a special cousin; Angela Rossi; and many nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
Catholic funeral services will be held Monday (Oct. 15) at 11 a.m. at the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, 1200 Cedar Ln., Hamilton, NJ. Friends and family may call on Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
