I've meet Vincent back in early 90's in High point NJ.. he was a real cool kid then.. we switch information to stay in touch.. but somewhere down the line.. I lost that info but always knew his government name and that he was from Trenton. I've search a few time couple years back on Facebook but with no luck.. I decided to google his name tonight to see he was on any social media.. and his name came up in the obituary.. I was no this can't be.. then his picture showed up to be him.. I just wanted to reconnect with my brother to see how he was doing.. but this broke my heart I didn't get the chance to say what's up to him.. I want to give my deepest condolences to the Tarver family RIP Cool V
