Anthony Paul Evert Obituary
Anthony Paul Evert ALLENTOWN - Anthony Paul Evert, 34, "Tony" as he was so affectionately called, of Allentown entered into God's loving care on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital after a lengthy illness surrounded by his loving family. Tony was born in Trenton on April 2, 1979. He was a life-long area resident. Tony graduated from Steinert High School in 1998. Tony was employed by NJ Department of Corrections for 14 years as a Plumber. Tony enjoyed watching football, especially his New York Giants. Countless nights were spent working on restoring cars, especially his prized possession, a 1979 Monte Carlo. He enjoyed cuddling with his mountain dog, Bear-Bear, but most of all he loved spending time with his two young boys. Predeceased by his grandparents, Ann and Tony Gallo, left to cherish his wonderful memory are his two sons, A.J. and Nick, his parents, Joseph and Rose (Gallo) Evert, two brothers, Joe and wife Missy and Mike and wife Heather, a grandmother, Josephine Evert, his girlfriend Tracy Cichocki and her children, Blake and Brynn and his former wife, Desiree Worth. Tony is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as many dear friends. The funeral will be held 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd. Hamilton, NJ 08619 ( Clergy from St. Vincent De Paul will be officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hamilton. Relatives and friends may gather Monday, March 24, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to his children for a trust fund that will be opened at a later date.
