Theresa J. White Obituary
HAMILTON - Theresa J. White, 97, of Hamilton, passed away at her daughter's home on Saturday, April 12, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Trenton, Mrs. White was a lifelong area resident. She and her late husband, Ernest, owned White's Market for 25 years. She previously worked at General Motors for eight years. Mrs. White was a member of the Liberty Bell Chapter of the American Ex-Prisoners of War. She was an active member of the Hamilton Senior Center.
Lovingly dedicated to her family, Mrs. White was predeceased by her parents, Emilio and Caterina (Palmieri) Mattia, her husband, Ernest E. White, her son, Conrad White, and her granddaughter, Lindsey Bernard. She is survived by her daughter, Catherine White; her son, Ernest White and his wife, Joan; her grandchildren, Christopher White and Michael White and his wife, Jennifer; her two great-grandchildren, Patton and Lily White; many beloved nieces and nephews, and her grand-dog, Jacob.
Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 8:30 a.m. at Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church, 626 South Olden Ave., Trenton. Entombment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Mausoleum in Trenton. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
