Obituary Condolences

FLORENCE - Cono Babino, 48, of Florence, passed away into God's loving and eternal care on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at Cooper Medical Center in Camden.
Born in Teggiano, Salerno, Italy, he had lived in Florence for the past 26 years. Cono was the owner-operator of Mannino's Pizza Restaurant in Trenton. In his earlier working years he did auto body work on cars. He was a member of the San Cono Association in Brooklyn and enjoyed playing boccie ball, and tinkering with cars.
He is survived by his wife, Raffaella Marino Babino; and his three children, Francesca Pezzino (Salvatore), Josie Babino and Alexander Babino all of Florence; a granddaughter, Alessia Pezzino; his parents, Giuseppe and Giovanna Cimino Babino of Italy; three sisters, Franca Tropiano (Michele), Paola Langone (Paolo) and Rose Morena (Antonio) all of Italy.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Thursday (Feb. 3) at Holy Assumption Church, 1290 Hornberger Ave., Roebling. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Florence. Relatives and friends may call from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. tonight, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at the Dennison Funeral Home, 214 W. Front St., Florence.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
