TRENTON – Calvin Mims, 67, died on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, at home.

Born in Trenton and a lifelong resident, he was educated in Trenton public schools. Calvin was formerly employed at Santini Motors, auto body department, where he worked for 30 years as a mechanic.
Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Alice Mims, he is survived by one daughter, Karen Mims of North Carolina; two sons, Calvin Mims of Trenton and Calvin Williams of Baltimore, Md.; five sisters, Lilla Bradley of Port Royal, N.C., Rebecca Sanders, Jessie Mae Powell and Redella McManus, all of Beaufort, S.C. and Cynthia Reynolds (Wayne) of Trenton; a special niece, Toni Owens (Rudy) of Trenton, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Anderson Funeral Service, 300 N. Willow St., Trenton. Calling hours are from 9 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home. Interment will be at Ewing Cemetery, Ewing Township.
