HAMILTON - Stephanie Marie Eak, 29, of Hamilton, passed away Feb. 22, 2013 surrounded by her loving family and friends. Stephanie was born in Pt. Pleasant, and had been a lifelong Hamilton resident. She was a graduate of Steinert High School, and Harrison Institute for Medical Asst. She loved to read, enjoyed music, and spending time with her family and friends.
She was the granddaughter of the late, Joseph F. Eak Sr. and Sarah Mangaaro Eak, and great-granddaughter of the late Joseph and Marie Simicsak. Surviving are her mother, Donna Doherty Quigley of Levittown, Pa., her father, Joseph F. Eak Jr. of Hamilton, a sister, Christina Elizabeth Eak of Bordentown, grandparents, James and Janice Doherty of Hamilton, aunts and uncles, James and Michelle Doherty of Lawrenceville, Gerald and Melissa Eak of Pennsylvania and Denise and Mark Taylor of Middletown, N.Y., and many loving cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends and invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Raphael Church, 3500 South Broad St., Hamilton. Interment will be in St. Stephens Cemetery. Calling hours are from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St., Hamilton.
