EWING - Michael P. Johnson, 33, of Ewing, passed away Friday, April 19, 2013, due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.|
Born in Trenton, he was raised and educated in Hamilton. Michael was employed by the Hamilton Parks and Recreation Department. He was a member of Hamilton Elks Lodge 2262, and the Gilford Park Yacht Club in Toms River. Michael was an avid boater, fisherman and huge Giants and Mets fan.
Predeceased by his grandfather, Reno P. Fausti, he is survived by his beloved wife, Rosa C. (Lopez) Johnson; his precious 20-month-old twins, Samantha Marie and Chace Matthew; his parents, Richard and Maria (Fausti) Johnson; his grandmother, Lucy Fausti; his brother, Richard Johnson; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Miriam and Oscar Lopez; his sisters-in-law and their fiancés, Miriam Lopez and Charles Raynor and Linda Lopez and Angel Gutierrez; his nephew, Reid; his nieces, Sonya, Morgan and Savannah; and many aunts and uncles including Joseph Fausti, Michael (Failina) Fausti, Virgina (John) Sealy, Michelle Whitacker and Monty Galant, many cousins, dear friends, and his canine companions, Dozer and Shea.
Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 25, at of the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 25, at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Hamilton.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, at the Saul Colonial Home.
