M. Hannah Drnjevich Obituary
Mary "Hannah" Drnjevich, 93, of Export, passed away Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016. She was born Aug. 13, 1923, in White Haven (Kidder Township), daughter of the late John and Alice Sterner Berg. She was a former member of the Mother of Sorrows Church, Murrysville, and then became a member of St. Mary Church, Export, where she was a Eucharistic minister. She also was a member of the church's Legion of Mary and the Altar Rosary Society. Hannah was a member of the Murrysville Women's Club and sang in the Murrysville Monday Musicals for years. Hannah was a beautiful wife and mom. She had a positive attitude along with a compassionate heart. She will be sorely missed by everyone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Andrew Drnjevich Jr., in 2001. Hannah is survived by six children; Andrew (Kathryn) Drnjevich, of Ravenna, Ohio, James (Marcella) Drnjevich, of Murrysville, Charles (Shirley) Drnjevich, of Greensburg, Louis (Ruth Ann) Drnjevich, of Mt. Pleasant, Karl (Beth) Drnjevich, of Export, and Alice Marie Drnjevich, of Export; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Adeline Allison, of Latrobe, and Alice Urban, of Trafford; one brother, John Berg, of Irwin; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at HART FUNERAL HOME INC., Murrysville. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary Church, Export. Interment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
