Stella A. Kossuth Obituary
Stella A. Kossuth, 74, of Monongahela, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2018, in her home. She was born July 20, 1944, in McKeesport, the daughter of the late Richard and Pauline Kerklo Pipp. Stella was a graduate of McKeesport High School and was a very active member of St. Damien of Molokai Church in Monongahela. She enjoyed spending her time gardening her flowers and vegetables. She is survived by two sons and a daughter, Stephen L. Kossuth Jr., of White Oak, Sandra DiPerna, of Port Vue, and Shawn Kossuth, with whom she made her home; stepdaughter, Jeanette McAdoo, of McKeesport; five grandchildren, Trisha Ellwood, Daniel Ellwood III, Jarrett DiPerna Jr., Lindsey DiPerna and Shauna Bell; five great-grandchildren, Kaeden Drye, Adryan Butko, Katelynn Butko, Jayce Butko and Weston Bell; two brothers and two sisters, Richard Pipp and wife, Anne, of White Oak, Rita Ziska and husband, Frank, of North Versailles, John Pipp and wife, Linda, of Centerville, and Christine Overton and husband, Daniel, of Las Vegas, Nev. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen L. Kossuth Sr.; and her grandson, Stephen L. Kossuth III.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, in the FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., 427 W. Main St., Monongahela. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2018, in St. Damien of Molokai Church.
