Charles H. Miller Obituary
Charles H. Miller, 92, of Greensburg, died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018. He was born June 5, 1926, in Blairsville, a son of the late Walter J. and Ethel Mikesell Miller. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Army. He retired from Bell Telephone of PA. He retired from the Pennsylvania Air National Guard with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. He was a member of Lodge 518 Free and Accepted Masons. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Timothy Miller, and two brothers, Walter Miller Jr. and Edwin Miller. He is survived by his wife, Vera Kuhns Miller; three sons, Terence (Theresa) Miller, of Limerick, Thomas (Julie) Miller, of Creedmoor, N.C., and Joseph Miller, of Las Vegas, Nev.; a daughter, Nikki (Edward) Hilpert, of Latrobe; two grandsons, Adam Brinker and Chris Miller; a brother, Scott Miller, of Salisbury, N.C.; and two sisters, Bonnie Moore, of Rochester, N.Y., and Jane States, of Cary, N.C.
Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg. A Masonic service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
