Thomas Nalevanko Jr., 58, of Greensburg, died unexpectedly Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018. He was born June 14, 1960, in Jeannette, a son of Thomas and Maryann (Swiencki), of Crabtree. Tom was a member of Word of Life Church, Greensburg. He was also involved with Father's Heart Church, Jeannette. Tom will be remembered for his boundless generosity. He enjoyed cooking and working on automobiles. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Jacqueline (Beveridge) Nalevanko; two daughters, Amy (Lance) Shirey, of Greensburg, and Ashley (Michael) Himler, of Greensburg; seven grandchildren, Zachary (whom Tom and Jackie raised), Allan, Ian, Gregory, Odin, Alex and Cameron; two brothers, Mark (Laura) Nalevanko, of Greensburg, and George (Gina) Nalevanko, of Forbes Road; a sister, Ann Marie (Kenneth) Grohe, of California; and two special brothers-in-law, Barry (Debbie) Beveridge, of Greensburg, and Neal (JoAnn) Beveridge, of Decatur, Ill.
Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg. Additional visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday in Word of Life Church, 4497 Route 136, Greensburg. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the church. Interment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg.
