Dear Diane: After just finding you and Jim again after so many years, his passing comes as a total shock. Please accept my and Wally's sincerest condolences for your loss. We will always remember the years we spent together at Mather and McChord, but mostly Jim's smile and great sense of humor.

Diane, Please know that Frank and I are so sorry for the loss of such a great guy. I always loved his humor and the funny conversations in the halls of the church. We are forever grateful to him for playing his trumpet so beautifully at Christa's wedding. Jim was so much fun and so smart. I know Heaven is a richer place now that he is joking around with the angels and playing with the heavenly choirs. Our heart goes out to you and the family. You are in our prayers for comfort and grace during this time.

We wish to send our heart felt condolences to Diane and the entire family. Ed and I will fondly remember Jim and Hershey running past us as we walked the golf course trail! Before I new Jim's name I refered to him as "the man who plays the trumpet" and marveled as he played Amazing Grace with the group at UPPC.

Our heartfelt sympathy to all the Schultz family - Diane, Brian, Kevin, spouses and grandchildren and Hershey. We didn't know Jim well but it was obvious that he had enormous love for his family and you for him. May you be comforted in these difficult times through loving memories.

We did not know Jim personally but felt as though we did from all the wonderful things Brian & Lena shared with us. Know you are in Heaven where the Lord has prepared a special place for you, Jim, but we also know that you will be greatly missed by your family who loved you dearly. Our Heartfelt Sympathy to the Schultz Family (& Hershey)
