Ella Baril Obituary

Ella Baril Was born nov 2, 1907 in Rugby, N.D. the second of 5 children to Annie and John Anderson. She lived in Fillmore, Grano and Minot, N.D. before moving to Janesville, WI. in 1935 and Auburn in 1944. In 1970 she moved to Ruston. She lived in Ruston until 2006 before she moved to Lakewood where she passed on April 18, 2011 at the age of 103. Ella is survived by her son, DuWayne (Elva) Oakes, Lakewood; daughter, Dianna Vick, Lake Havasu, Arizona; 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her infant son and daughter; adult daughter Beverly Lee in 1995. Also preceded in death by her brothers, Jens, Arvid; sisters, Inga and Anna, husbands, Ralph Oakes, Sam Mounts, Jim Yarrington, Bernard Baril. A viewing will be held on Thurs. April 21 from 5-8 p.m. at Curnow Funeral Home, 1410 Main St. Sumner. A graveside service will be held on Friday April 22, 1 p.m. at Mt. View Cemetery in Auburn.
