Dr. Dewey will always be remembered in my heart. He was kind and friendly. The best neighbor ever. He was very successful but never allowed his accomplishments to cast a negative shadow on his relationships. He was looked up to. A natural born leader. It seemed he just liked getting along well with everybody. Never greedy. An unsung hero.

Col Tuggle is name we callled him. We were his landlord for many years. When he had to move out we were very sadden. Then today I got word that he passed on to his finanl home. Dewey we will miss you but we know we see you soon.

I just got word from my neighbor that Dewey had went home. I knew COL Tuggle as neighbor and friend. He was the kind of guy that would just about do anything for you if you needed help. He always shared important information that could help people do a little better in life. He had a very professional outlook on life. I regret that my family lost track of him after he built his new home and moved away. I will keep him and his dear family in my prayers.
