I am out of town but received a message from a friend that Kathleen had passed. Kathleen was one of the 'sage women' who helped build the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd at St. Patrick in Tacoma from its humble beginnings into it's current strong place at St. Pat's and, subsequently, the Archdiocese of Seattle. Kathleen will remain in our memory as a lovely, bright, faith-filled women, filled with wisdom. She will be dearly missed. I am sorry that we will still be out of town for the funeral as I would not miss it unless circumstances dictated. Kathleen you are now resting comfortably in the arms of the Good Shepherd and in the company of your beloved Tom. Rest in peace, sweet Kathleen.
