BLANDON DILLON Obituary

Blandon Wallace Dillon Of Tacoma, WA, passed away after a long fight against heart disease on July 11, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He is survived by his mother and father, Perceal and Wallace Dillon of Puyallup, WA; two brothers, Dwight Dillon of Puyallup, WA, and Derrick Dillon, Scottsdale, AZ; and his devoted friend, Brandy Boyd. Services to be held Saturday, September 11, 2010, 11 a.m. at Allen African Methodist Episcopal Church, 1223 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Tacoma, WA 98405. Rest In Peace my Brother. The Disco Inferno days are relegated to the past but I´m sure you are keeping things humorous in the Kingdom of Heaven. And they say, "Laughter is the shortest distance between people." ...and Man, we shared some laughs. I caught up with another one of our "Inferno Family" and good friend today and got all sentimental-ah, the fond memories in "Cherokee Park." Now GOD has you. But then again, GOD always has. It´s been a long time and blink all in one. Perhaps we´ll meet again and you can show me the boogaloo-I´ll try not to do it backwards this time! Peace to all.

Blandon was a man who marched to no one's drum but to his own, and his work ethic supported his entrepreneurial mindset. He did all he said he would. We are better because he crossed our paths. My family and I will be with you, and with the family in spirit this weekend.
