BOBBIE CARDIN Obituary

Bobbie Nell Cardin Passed away at the age of 64 on March 19, 2011 at Good Sam's Hospital from a long battle with cancer and she has gone on to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Bobbie was born on March 16, 1947 in Middlesboro, Kentucky. Her parents are James and Virginia Evans, who live in San Diego, California. Bobbie moved to San Diego with her parents and siblings, sister Wanda and brothers David, Jim Jr., and Steve. Bobbie later moved to Port Hueneme, California, where she met James, the love of her life, who was stationed there in the Navy at the time. They have been happily married for 41 years. They have 2 wonderful children, Sean and Shannon, who were the light of her life. The family later moved to Washington, where they now reside in Puyallup. Bobbie could always make you smile. She had the biggest heart and her positive attitude and laughter were contagious. Her family was always the most important thing in her life. She will be fondly remembered for many things, including her love for cooking, flowers, decorating, family celebrations, and Elvis Presley. Her loving spirit will live on in all of our hearts. A special thanks from all of the family to the 4th and 5th floor ICU doctors and nurses at Good Sam's Hospital. The excellent care and kindness that they showed to Bobbie and the family will never be forgotten. Graveside services will be held at 9:30 AM, Thursday, March 24, 2011 at Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood, WA.
