CARYL JOHNSON Obituary

Caryl Sue Johnson Caryl S. (Stuart) Johnson, 67, of Puyallup died January 16 at University of Washington Medical Center, Seattle, following a brief illness. She was born in Mishawaka, Indiana, to Robert M. and Kathryn J.of Buchanan, Michigan, and had lived in Puyallup many years. Caryl was a graduate of Green River Community College and the University of Phoenix, and held an MBA in Health Care Management. She loved learning and going to school. She was employed in Occupational Therapy at Western State Hospital. Caryl was a well-known Seattle Seahawks fan, win or lose, since the earliest days of the franchise, and never missed a game. She leaves a son, Michael R. Johnson of Puyallup, a brother, Richard Staurt of Buchanan, Michigan, and his daughter Danielle and son Robert, along with other family and friends that she loved very much. She will truely be missed. A memorial service will be held 6pm today, Jan. 26th, 2011, at First Christian Church of Puyallup. Burial will be in Buchanan, Michigan. Memorial donations may be made to YWCA Pierce County. Arrangements are being made by family.

My prayers for Caryl's family!!! Caryl and i attended UoP together and were on a team together for quite a few class. She was even in attendance at the wedding of my husband and i in 2006. A bright, shining star she was not only professionaly but personally.
