Out of the blue I typed in Clink Wood on the internet to find out the sad news. I played in several bands w Clint as a young high school kid. Clint was always a great showman and great musician and the one that pushed me into bands at a higher level thereby improving my skills. This is sad news for sure.

I remember hanging out at Clint's house and "playing band" way back in grade school. Clint always thought it would be a good idea for me to be the driver of the tour bus. This meant I had to sit on a folding chair in the closet in order to drive us to our next gig. Even though most of us from our school days have gone our separate ways and have not kept in touch, I find my heart extremely saddened at Clint's passing. I wish that we had met up one last time to talk about those great care free days. He was a gifted musician with a gentle soul.

Clint was always in the spotlight, not just with his music but as a person you wanted to around. I hope he is finding the peace with his God that he found in his music.

Clint and I go way back, we played in many bands together right out of high school. I remember he had fake ID and wouldn't get kicked out of the club like I would. He was an awesome drummer and friend.

Clint was one of the coolest people I knew. EVERY time I think of trying to play a musical instrument, I think how easy it must have been for Clint. I have always dreamed of being a rocker and how that would have made it easier for me to be his friend. I've never learned to play anything other than the radio. I remember Clint though just jammin out while in his garage and remembering how advanced he sounded. He was the first person I associated to how band people were just crazy fun. May he rest in peace and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family and close friends. Muncy R. Bear
