I have been Franks neighbor, and been on a couple of fishing trips with him. We made each other laugh during troubling times. I would love to talk to his Mom so if possible, please have her call me 360-754-2384. He is missed but always remembered.

You will be greatly missed,Uncle Frank.I remember you as a loving father, husband and grandfather. One memory in particular is how devoted and loving he was to his grandson,Dylan. They would go on long walks and spend time together, along with his wife Kathy. They never saw his disability, and were so proud of each and every milestone that Dylan made.
Frank had a quiet strength and a truly gentle soul. He was an exceptional fisherman and loved being outdoors. He always made me feel important and loved.I know that he will be dearly missed by me and my family.

I will remember Frank as a happy and gentle man. He loved the outdoors and sharing this love with others. In August 2009, he went on a beautiful hike in the Cascades with other veterans, and despite physical challenges, he was so excited to be out in the wilderness. His enthusiasm was enjoyed by all. He will be missed by MANY.

I always loved Frank, for never being afraid to be his self. When he wasen't working, he was fishing. He loved his children and his grandchildren so very much. That was a beautiful part of him. We will see eachother again Frank.

I'll remember Frank as a boy who could catch them when you couldn't. The brother of the best man at my wedding the son of the best man I've met and a Mother he loved dearly. Happy Fishing Frank.
