Mrs. Brazell, Rose, Linda, and Jimmy, I just heard the news. I'm so sorry for your loss. Your dad was such a great man. I have fond memories of the time we lived across the street from you. Know that you are all in my thoughts.

I just heard of the passing of Jim from a mutual friend, Bob Oba. Jim and I worked together at Fort Lewis for many years and shared more than a few "cold ones" together. Jim was a dedicated, hard working family man and a great mechanic. You'll be missed Jimmy!

Michiyo and family,
We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Jim. He was a good friend to my dad for many years and he will be greatly missed. You are in our hearts and prayers.

I am really going to miss you Jim, all of our talking, disagreeing about everything under the sun, I mean it when I say that your one of the smartest, most interesting, most knowledgable men I have ever known. To know you is to know that underneath of that gruffy, grumpy, rough exterior, is one of the kindest, caring, compassionate, men I have ever met. I told Rose all the time that I very much liked spending time with you, you'll have a special place in my thoughts and memory .

Dad, I miss you so much and wish that I had been able to tell you good-bye. You were a wonderful father and husband. Sean and I will miss calling you for directions when we visit the Carolinas. We will keep in touch with your family, carrying on your tradition, and we will travel your paths to keep your heritage alive...
