Dear Mom, I am still sorting through my memories of you - both personal and in all the things you "saved." I am really enjoying revisiting all the things you did growing up in Tacoma. As an athlete you were formidable and ubiquitous. As a student you were "in the game" with your awards and accomplishments, from Jason Lee Jr. HS through graduate school. As an officer in many organizations - from honor societies, sororities, and as president of the Women's Athletic Association at CPS, you were certainly involved, organized and elected by your peers. My biggest surprise was your job as a society correspondent to the Tacoma New Tribune. All this was just the beginning for a busy and productive adult life....thanks for the memories and love.

Lois, we had the honor of meeting you once when you came to Canada to see your daughter marry into our family. We send your sympathy to your family and know that you will be greatly missed by your children. God has blessed you and your family greatly. Gordon & Ann Oosterveld and family
