Robert was one of the most unique individuals that I have had the honor to know and work with and I will miss him. He and I had many interesting conversations as we worked together on proposals usually at odd hours when others were sleeping. I'll never forget the time he interupted me mid-sentence to ask me if I had ever been in the State Mental Hospital in North Dakota. Took me a minute to determine if he thought I had escaped or what. He had good reason to ask but that is another of many long and interesting storys that he regaled me with. He cracked me up many times. Robert was a good man and everyone at BCRA was shocked and very sad to hear of Robert passing and offer our sincerest condolences to his family.

It's so hard to lose someone you love you love so much. My prayers are with Sabrina and her family during this difficult time, and I hope they find comfort in fond memories and in Gods Grace.
