ROSA WALKER Obituary

Rosa Marvel Walker Marvel Walker, 88, born to Jacob and Rose Boschee July 3, 1922 in McClusky, ND, passed away March 21, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Walker (12/1978), her loving partner of 25 years, Herbert Clark (11/2005), and brother Roy Boschee. She is survived by her daughter Aileen Waseen (Clay), sister Elsie Derheim, brother Floyd Boschee, grandchildren Mark Brockman (Tanya), Carrie Hammer (Jason), Tracy Waseen, Amy Farlow (Eric), Andrea Jager (Robert), and Elizabeth Waseen, Herb Clark's family she loved as her own, and numerous great-grandchildren. Marvel took great pride in her family and cherished time spent with them. She enjoyed traveling to Europe, Hawaii, and Mexico with family, fishing, and loved playing games of all kinds with her friends and grandkids. Special thanks to her caregivers at Tacoma Lutheran Assisted and Skilled Nursing Community. We are grateful for the comfort and compassion you gave her. Graveside services will be held at Mountain View Memorial Park Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 10:30 am. Reception for family and friends will follow. Mom fought hard for many years to overcome Parkinson's Disease. If you wish, donations can be made to Parkinson's Foundation in her memory.
