I'm so glad I was privileged to know Cheri during the past year. Even as COPD difficulties thwarted the activity she loved, her spirit was unquenchable. Sharing life stories with her forged bonds of friendship with humor and grace. And now she's free! I see her playing baseball on the (real) Angels' team!! Go Cheri!

Cheri you were memorable, talented, wise, and someone I was honored to call a friend. Back in the 70's and early 80's You always gave this wild little blond real-life advice that made me think twice. You had balance and good sense when it came to life. You were fearless, yet soft hearted and in my eyes the quintessential woman. God has got to have a special place in heaven for women like you.
