Well I never thought I'd say it but I will miss you calling me bighead on a daily basis, telling bad jokes, teasing me relentlessly, texting me even though you HATE it, our inside jokes and I will even miss you trying to scare me all the time. I don't know why you let me pick on you so much but I gotta say I had the most fun doing it. Underneath it all you had a heart of gold that can't be matched. I will be missing you every single day and even though I never say it, I love you.

To Grandma Vi, Doreen, Kirby, Toni, Sheila & Michelle, William, Katie, Billy’s grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews.
Billy was a wonderful friend. His Smile, his jokes, his ability to make people laugh, will be truly missed. We will miss his Feistiness!

Billy, we worked together such a long time and you always kept me entertained to say the least! U knew how to make people laugh including me, in good times and bad. Now U, Otis and Val will be driving the big Shuttle in the sky, Heaven help us all...I will pull that last trip for u again as I always have but this will be the last time. My heart goes out to Billy's loved ones. He was a great guy. He trained me in shuttle at Pierce. Showed me all his hiding spots. We had a great time. I had the pleasure of working with him for 10 yrs. I saw him from time to time after and he still had to give me a hard time. I'm gonna miss your face Billy. 10-10 RIP

My heart goes out to the Manzanares family.
Billy was a great person and will be missed dearly.
He had a passion for kindness, and I valued our friendship.
We lost touch over the years but everytime we saw each other we sat and talked about family and friends, I could tell that Billy's heart was blessed and that he is in a much better place and is well taken care of. God bless you cousin Billy... See you when I get there!!!

Billy, I have so many memories of you! No one can even compare with your witty sense of humor! I rememeber you showing up at Mom & Dad's wearing this mask, perhaps a werewolf? You came through the front door roaring and making noises. You scared our dog, he ran under the buffet and pottied! I remember Mardi gras at the EQC Riverboat. You saw me sitting in there and invited me to party with you on the 3rd deck. You gave me arms full of t-shirts and beads. You even volunteered me to dance with one of your friends! I was watching our old home movies and you had your sense of humor even as a teenager! You will be greatly missed! My prayers go to your family and friends that lives you have touched and blessed!
