Otto Munroe Allison Jr. Otto Allison Jr. passed away at Clare Bridge in Puyallup at the age of 88. His sharp wit, sense of humor, and great stories will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Raised in Spokane, Otto joined the Navy in WWII. Following service, he received his law degree from Gonzaga Law School, and for many years Otto was a partner with the firm of Fredrickson Maxie Bell Allison in Spokane. At the same time Otto was a member of the WA Army National Guard. He retired in 1984 as CSMG E9 from the 81st Brigade Headquarters at Camp Murray. In retirement Otto and his wife Jan lived in Anacortes, where he was an active community member. Besides being a member of Kiwanis, he was a Judge ProTem/Skagit County Court Commissioner for many years. Otto was preceded in death by his first wife Peggy, his second wife Jan, and his son Richard (Dick). He is survived by his son Otto Allison (Michelle) of Tacoma, his sister Geraldine Matson of Spokane, two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Otto's willingness to support his community and to help others endeared him to many. Interment will be at Tahoma National Cemetery on January 11th, 2012 at 11am.
