Richard "Brad" Andersen Brad Andersen, 62, of Puyallup, WA passed away suddenly on July 26, 2014. He was born on August 26, 1951 in Gooding, ID to George and Ida Andersen. After relocating to WA he graduated from Woodside School and later called Puyallup his home. He began his career in maintenance at Vern's Plumbing as a journeyman plumber. He settled in at Good Samaritan Hospital where he worked for 26 years as a plumber in the maintenance department before he retired in 2011. Brad had a passion to help others. He spent a few years as a volunteer fire fighter for the Sumner Fire Department and always gave of his time. He loved many things, most of which included the outdoors. He had a passion for the water. He and his family spent many summers at Lake Tapps on the boat water skiing, tubing and having fun. Loading up the camper and heading out for a weekend adventure provided many other great memories. Brad's biggest and most proud accomplishments were his three daughters and grandson, Megan Andersen, Lindsey Andersen and LeeAnn Marzano, husband Jerad and their son Carson. He is also survived by his father, George and mother, Ida; his former wife and friend, Dale Andersen; brothers, Allan (Patti) Andersen and Eric (Beverly) Andersen; as well as many loving family members and friends.
