Larry D. Quillen, 58, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at Covered Bridge Health Campus.
Born Nov. 13, 1955, in Seymour, he was the son of William ""Bill"" Sr. and Beatrice ""Betty"" (Gaffney) Quillen.
Larry was a member of First Church of Nazarene, Seymour. He worked at Jackson Training Center and was in Bowling Special Olympics.
Survivors include his parents; brother, William Richard Quillen Jr.; sister, Wanda Sue Quillen; maternal grandmother, Ester Louise Gaffney; nephews, Heath and Chaz; great-nephew, Christopher; and great nieces, Sophia and Bonnie.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Voss Chapel, Seymour, with the Rev. Steve Greene officiating. Burial will take place
at Garland Brook Cemetery, Columbus.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday and from noon until time of service Monday at the funeral home.
