Danny Dale Fleetwood, 62, Haleysburg, passed away at 9:02 p.m. Saturday, May 29, 2010, at Columbus Regional Hospital after being ill for nine months.

He was affiliated with Haleysburg Church of the Nazarene. He was a truck driver for Krootz and then retired from Franklins.
Mr. Fleetwood enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling.
Born Aug. 14, 1947, in Washington County, he was the son of Millard D. Fleetwood and Geraldine Devin Fleetwood, both of whom preceded him in death.
He lived his life in Jackson and Washington counties.
On Feb. 5, 1966, in Seymour, he married Linda Sparks Fleetwood, who survives in Haleysburg.
Other survivors include children, Tyanna Arnold, Missouri, Kimberly Jo Watkins, Francisco, Dina Harris, Norman, Danny Fleetwood, Haleysburg, Deborah Cornette, Austin, Darlina Whitley, Georgia, Jacoby Fleetwood, Haleysburg, and Bret Fleetwood, Norman; brothers, Darvin Fleetwood, Haleysburg, James Fleetwood, Medora, and Michael Fleetwood, Seymour; sisters, Gwynden Dillman, Haleysburg, Karen Scott, Medora, and Regina Coffey, Haleysburg; and 19 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Dewayne and Harvey Fleetwood; and one sister, Rhonda Underwood.
Mark Roberts will conduct funeral services at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia.
Burial will follow at Vallonia Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from noon until time of service Wednesday.
Memorials may be made to Columbus Regional Hospital Cancer Center.
