Thomas was born on January 30, 1983 and passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018. Thomas was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Tom was born in Harrisburg and graduated from Central Dauphin East High School class of 2001 and earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State University. Following cremation, a memorial service in celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to York County SPCA, 3159 Susquehanna Trail, York PA 17406.
