Barbara A. Fields BRISTOL, Tenn. Barbara A. Fields, age 62, passed away on Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, from injuries sustained from an accident. She was born Oct. 19, 1948, in Canebrake, W.Va., to the late Kyle Ward and Mary Billings Ward. She had lived in Bristol since 1994. Barbara was a housewife and was a member of Way Of Life Church. Survivors: husband of 29 years, Charles E. Fields; daughters, Sonia Roland, Serena Keplinger; grandchildren, Brandon Roland, Farrah Tester, Chris Roland, Kayla McCracken, Morgan McCracken, and Mirah Roland; sisters, Gladys Bennett, Frances Stallard, Phyllis Scarborough; brothers, Bud Ward, Allen Ward, Harry Ward; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010, from the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Miller officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-7:45 p.m. prior to the service. The burial will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Eastern Heights Cemetery.
