Barbara Knisley

Barbara Ann Knisley BRISTOL, Tenn. Barbara Ann Knisley, age 73, passed away Jan. 1, 2010, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born Feb. 18, 1936, in Johnson City, Tenn., a daughter of the late Hugh and Nell Shell McMackin. She has lived in the Bristol area for the past 20 years and was a member of Whitley City Church of God. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Knisley; and two brothers, Garry Lynn McMackin and Larry Hugh McMackin. Survivors include: daughters, Betsy A. Moore of Bristol, Suzie Turner of Ohio and Becky Knisley of Ohio; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn Blankenship; brother, Mike McMackin; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your preferred charity.
