Billy Gene Duckett BRISTOL, Va. Billy Gene Duckett, 67, passed away Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010, at Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol Tennessee. Mr. Duckett was born on June 18, 1943, in Bristol Tennessee, the son of the late Bill Arlen Duckett and Vine Anna Fields Duckett. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Duckett and Roosevelt Duckett. Survivors of Billy Gene Duckett include two daugthers, Stephanie Newman and husband Vernon, Bronwyn Sword and husband Jeff; two sons, Chris Duckett and wife Tonya, and Aaron Duckett; two brothers, Clifford Duckett, Donnie Duckett; eight grandchildren, Danielle Newman, Jessica Newman, Trey Newman, Michael Newman, Brynna Duckett, Andrew Duckett, Brittany Duckett, Erica Duckett; the mother of his children, Margaret Duckett. The famly of Billy Gene Duckett will hold a celebration of life service from 4 - 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010, at Soul's Harbor Church of God, 1369 Warpath Drive, Kingsport, Tenn. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
