C. Ray Brown Jr. The family of C. Ray Brown Jr. will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock Saturday evening at Oakley-Cook Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon with Dennis Milhorn officiating. Burial will follow in Rooty Branch Cemetery with military rites presented by the Bristol V.F.W. Honor Guard. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Brown, Issac Watters, Ben Weaver, John Montgomery, James Gibson and John Reed. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Eller and Charles Eller. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family and viewed by visiting www.oakley-cook.com. Arrangements especially for Mr. Brown and his family have been made through Oakley-Cook Funeral Home.

So sorry for your loss.I went to elementary school with the boys and fondly remember trick or treating with them one Halloween.

So sorry to hear of Ray, Jr's death. We knew the whole family well and when they were kids, they lived next door to us for years. They made a hole in the fence and came to our house that way daily without having to go into the road. We loved all of them dearly. If there is anything we can do, please let us know.
