Cathy Sue Dean CASTLEWOOD, Va. Cathy Sue Dean, 50, died Monday, Nov. 30, 2009, at Indian Path Hospital, Kingsport, Tenn. She was born in Detriot. She is survived by two daughters, Karrye Dean of Castlewood and Courtney McClellan of Dante, Va.; one granddaughter, Gennesis Dean of Castlewood; father and mother, Charlie and Lydia Dean of Castlewood; two sisters, Carolyn McClellan and husband Ezra of Dante and Cindy Helbert and husband Johnny of Lebanon, Va.; one brother, Richard Dean of Castlewood; three nieces, Shannon Dean, Haylie Helbert and Gabrialle Helbert; two nephews, Christopher Dean and Ezra "Junior" McClellan; and many friends. Funeral services for Cathy Sue Dean will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, with Rev. Ted Phillips and Rev. Mike Moore officiating. Committal services and entombment will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009, in Valley View Mausoleum, Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery leaving at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood.
