Dear Betty and Family, I am so sorry to hear of your mother's death. I have wonderful memories of her and also of your dad. She was a wonderful cook (as you are) and I loved sitting in her kitchen eating with both of them. She always made me feel so welcomed. She was a great example of a "good Christian lady". I know how close you were to her, and I know you all will miss her. But there can be no doubt where she will reside through eternity. What a great thing to know!
Charles sends his love to you also. We would love to see you. Give Sonny and the girls our love.

Charmie lived a wonderful Christain life valueing God, family and friends above all else.
As some one has said "the world will be a poorer place without her."
We visited her a few weeks ago and found her unchanged, as sweet and dear as ever .
It has been my priviledge to be her friend through the years.
My family joins me in sending the very deepest sympathy and consolation to each of the Bear family.
Love always
