Clara Hamilton Willen BRISTOL, Tenn. Clara Hamilton Willen, 76, died on Sunday, July 18, 2010 in the Wellmont Hospice House. She was born in Johnson City on Jan. 18, 1934, to the late Ina and Charles Hamilton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond C. Willen; and a nephew, Stephen Seymore. She attended Elizabeth Chapel United Methodist Church, was a lifelong resident of Bluff City, and had lived at Broadmore Assisted Living in Bristol for the past two years. She is survived by two nieces, Deborah Kerr and Pamela Willen; a nephew, Dick Seymore; a sister-in-law, Margaret Seymore Shipley; and a brother-in-law, Melvin Willen. `The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 o'clock Tuesday evening at Oakley-Cook Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in Glenwood Cemetery with Pastor Tom Reed officiating. `In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Elizabeth Chapel United Methodist Church, 1041 Elizabeth Chapel Road, Bluff City, TN 37618.
