Clarence Lyons Obituary

Clarence "Benny" Lyons MARION, Va. Clarence "Benny" Lyons, age 65, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, in the Smyth County Community Hospital in Marion, Va. Mr. Lyons was born in West Virginia to the late Ford and Mamie Edna Lyons, and was retired from the Brunswick Defense Corporation. Survivors include: one daughter, Robin Lyons Combs and husband Stacy, Atkins; two stepdaughters, Tammy Sexton Marion and Tina Freeman and husband David, Marion; two sisters, Mae Baker, South Carolina, and Agnes Neal, Florida; grandchildren, Steven Combs, Dalton Sexton and Nikki Freeman; wife and friend, Betty Lyons; also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends. At the request of Mr. Lyons, all services will be private. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.bradleysfh.com Bradley's Funeral Home, Marion, is serving the Lyons family.

DEAR ROBIN AND FAMILY,
I AM SO SORRY FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR FATHER. MY DAD DIED 3 YEARS AGO ON NOVEMBER 15TH, 2006, AND I KNOW WHAT YOU ALL ARE GOING THROUGH. JUST REMEMBER THAT IT NEVER GETS EASY. I WILL KEEP YOU ALL IN MY PRAYERS.
